Hot 90 yoga is a series of static Hatha yoga postures designed to systematically cleanse every part of the body. Each posture is repeated.
This class combines the skill of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, leading to increased mental clarity and reduced stress.
The benefits of practising in a heated room are to warm your muscles allowing for a deeper stretch, prevent injury, and to cleanse the body by flushing toxins.
This class is suitable for complete beginners and more advanced students, just remember to take your first few classes at your own pace.

The Hot 75 is similar to the Hot 90. Slightly shorter, not all postures are practised twice. The class is still challenging and very rewarding. Suitable for all levels.
Hot 90 Standing Series
The class begins with a breathing warm-up which then progresses into an energetic standing series. These postures are designed to warm the body up from the inside out. Each posture is practiced twice - the first to focus more on alignment and building strength, the second allows for depth. Each posture prepares the body for the next and leads on systematically from the one before.
Hot 90 floor series
Once the floor series is reached, the body is sufficiently warmed-up to work deeper. The postures on the floor are not held for as long but work more internally. The cobra series is designed to help strengthen and mobilize the spine. The postures also help to stimulate the internal organs and glands which deeply cleanses the body.
