Hot Flow Yoga

General

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale. The flow style allows for a lot of variety. The upper body is strengthened as you move through the vinyasa - plank, chaturanga and upward facing dog (or slight variations on these) using the breath to measure when to move to the next pose. The flow class is slightly faster than the Hot 26.

 

Vinyasa

Some previous yoga experience is advisable before taking this class. Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
